Following the mass exodus of Citizen’s top journalists to K24 station, we guessed that Citizen was readying themselves in introducing the next big thing to keep their audiences glued.
Last week, the station unveiled its newest stunning anchor, Syombua Mwele on the 7PM sports section.
Syombua Mwele or as she is commonly referred to as Sions has been working at a vernacular station Musyi FM.
She is an award winning (Groove Awards, Radio Presenter of the Year - 2011), devout Christian and a motivational speaker.
Syombua will now be hosting the “Jungu La Mwanaspoti” section filling in the gap left by journalists who decamped to K24.
Seems like we need to be accustomed into seeing new face as Citizen starts its journey to recovery.
